I always get excited around this time of the month, because I love to see the moon in all it's glory. As a child I would look for the moon every night, even if it wasn't visible. The moon is still as captivating as the first time I saw it.
A full moon ritual can be very simple. You can spend some time reflecting on what is or is not working for you. Light a candle and focus on something you want to let go of. You could even write down what you want to let go of and burn it in a heatproof bowl or container. Alternatively, you could use a campfire outside or even a fireplace.
You can make moon water by filling a jar with water and setting it in a place to soak up the moonlight. This can be used for your altar or in your craft. If you want to drink it, use filtered or bottled water and put it in the refrigerator. During the full moon, you can also charge your crystals. Just put them in a place where they can bathe in the moonlight as well.
Why not put on some music and dance under the full moon? Raise those vibrations and celebrate under a starry sky or from inside your own home. There's always the option to sit for a while to observe the moon and the stars beside her. Whatever your plans are for the full moon, be safe and stay well.
